We offer a wide range of landscape products and a variety of related services at Apollo Landscaping Supplies, working with customers across South East Queensland. Our friendly staff is always happy to assist with any queries you may have, but in the meantime, we've answered some frequently asked questions below for your convenience. If you would like to find out more about what we do or want to speak to our team, then just give us a call, or drop in for a visit.

Do I need to come into the sales office to place my order?

If you know what you need, then you can call and place your order, with payment taken over the phone by credit card, or you can pay cash on delivery. (In some cases payment is required prior to delivery – direct deliveries or special orders only.) 

For assistance, on working out quantities or to view products before ordering, drop down to our sales office and we will assist you with your inquiries. You can also visit our Paving and Retaining Wall Display Centre, located with roadside frontage at 2 Musgrave Road, Coopers Plains. All products have product tags to assist with your enquiries. Once you have made your selection, you can see us at the sales office or phone through your order for delivery.

Are you open late, as I work until 5pm? Do you have a display centre?

We have a display centre that is open 24/7. All major brands are displayed, with a huge range of pavers, masonry and retaining wall blocks and decorative pebbles available to view. If you have any queries on products you have seen, or you wish to place an order, simply call or visit the sales office during trading hours. These are 6:30am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday and 7:00am – 4:00pm on Saturdays (Closed Sundays) or drop in to chat with one of our friendly team members.

What are bulk bags and how are they used?

We have all of our bin products, barks, gravels, decorative pebbles, garden soils, sand, and mulch available to be delivered in one-cubic-metre bulk bags. They can weigh up to 1.5 tonne and are delivered on our crane trucks.

Bulk bags are ideal for use if you have a restricted site, or you don't want to mix up your soil with your pebbles. Please note, as these bags can weigh up to 1.5 tonne, you will not be able to drag these bags around. Some of the advantages of bulk bags are no waste, a clean site, easy storage, and easy access to hard-to-reach places.

When can you deliver?

Most orders can be delivered on the same day (stocked items only), or within 1-2 days depending on the quantity of material ordered, availability of materials, and the location of your job site. Call our sales office at 07 3275 1195 to confirm your delivery date.

Is there a minimum amount I must order?

No, if you are coming in to pick up, you can buy as little as a shovelful of any bin product, or a paver or block. If you are having a product delivered, anything from ¼ cubic metre or any quantity of pavers, blocks, retaining walls or timber products. Surcharges may apply on smaller orders or orders that involve a lot of handling. Special pricing will apply on bulk orders on bin products, pavers, masonry, and retaining wall blocks.

Do you have instructions if I want to lay my pavers or retaining walls?

If you want to lay your own pavers or build your own retaining wall, we have instruction sheets available for you or you can get the information from our website through the following link: http://www.apollolandscaping.com.au/diy 

What if I need multiple products i.e. pavers and sand/gravel or soils and mulches for my job? How can I save on delivery charges?

The sales staff will work out the best way for you to get all your products delivered with the least amount of fuss and delivery charges. We have a series of custom-built tip trucks designed to take split loads of up to 3 products on the one delivery. We also have a bulk bag service for crane truck deliveries useful for delivery of sand, soil and road base etc with your paver or block order. With our range of trucks, we will always be able to work out the best way to deliver everything that you need.

What size truck will come to my house? Will it damage my driveway?

The trucks pictured on our website are the ones that will come to your job site. We have a variety of different sized trucks for most situations; if you have a narrow access, inform the sales staff when ordering and an appropriate-sized truck will be used for the delivery. We have been delivering products for 20 years and rarely damage our customers’ driveways. However, that is not to say it is impossible – we leave the final decision up to you, the customer. Apollo Landscaping Supplies is not responsible for damage to your property or driveways after receiving authorisation from you to back onto your driveway.

Will you tip/lift my material/ pavers/blocks etc. into my backyard?

If there is access to the area you want your material, we will do our best to accommodate you. We leave the final decision to our experienced drivers. Charges for this service may apply.

What to do when receiving an order?

  1. Clear cars from the driveway.
  2. Make sure there are no trees or wires over the area where you want your materials placed.
  3. If you aren't going to be present for the delivery, please leave directions for the driver. 

What are my payment options?

You can pay over the phone by credit card, we have direct deposit, cash on delivery (conditions apply). We do NOT accept cheques.
