"Seconds" products include grades such as "Commercials" and "R.O.K.'s" (run of kiln) as well as factory mark downs that do not make the Australian Standard and therefore are not covered by any manufacturer or retailer warranty. These products may have some or all of these defects, heights, cracks, contamination, colour, texture, deformed, pull outs, dimensions, bowing, arises, breakage and chipping within the product packs.
