Terms and Conditions

Deliveries

We will do our very best to deliver and/or tip your material where you require it. However, no responsibility can be taken if damage is caused to the property above or below ground, after leaving the public carriageway. 

If you are not at home to accept the delivery and the driver or office staff cannot get in contact with you, the driver will leave your product in a safe location at the address provided. If this is not an option due to safety issues or lack of space, the whole order will be returned to our store at the customers cost. A redelivery fee will then apply to get the goods redelivered.

Damages

All damages / irregularities must be reported to our office within 2 working days of the delivery. You must notify us of the exact amount of missing or damaged products and replacements will be sent on the next available delivery. It may be necessary for us to send out a representative to view the stock and approve the replacements. Due to the nature of the goods, you should allow for up to 5% extra for damages, even for First Quality products. Second Quality damaged product will not be replaced (see Second Quality Product Conditions of Sale).

Returns and Refunds 

PLEASE CHOOSE CAREFULLY. We do not give refunds or accept returns if you simply change your mind, make a wrong selection or find the item cheaper elsewhere after purchase. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you or don’t do what they’re supposed to do. If goods are accepted for return, a restocking fee of 20% will apply. Refunds over the value of $250.00 will be issued by direct deposit by our accounts department within 10 working days regardless of how the initial payment was made. 

If customers ask for a refund, they should:
  • Provide details of the fault
  • Provide the original proof of purchase (receipt / tax invoice)

Second Quality Product Conditions of Sale

Apollo Landscaping Supplies recommends that all “Second Quality” and “Commercial Quality” products are viewed in-store before purchasing. “Seconds” products include grades such as “Commercials” and “R.O.K.’s” (run of kiln) as well as factory mark downs that do not make the Australian Standard and therefore are not covered by any manufacturer or retailer warranty. 

These products are priced accordingly and are sold on a layer-by-layer basis. No sorting through the pallet will be tolerated. NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS WILL BE ISSUED ON THESE PRODUCTS.
